Okells is ideal for anyone with young children or mobility problems. The car park is close to the entrance, with an allocated space for disabled shoppers.
Okells is all on one level, with hard surfaces and plenty of room, ideal for mums with pushchairs or if you're a wheelchair user.
The Coffee Shop has lots of space between the tables, and there's a large outdoor covered area.
Toilets
The toilets are on the same level as the main retail area.
Wheelchairs
We have our own wheelchairs ready to use if you can't bring your own, and we're happy to help if you need a hand getting around or carrying anything.
Deliveries
We'll always help you get things to your car and load it up - but if you won't be able to manage when you get home, we can deliver your purchases - see our Deliveries page.
